Cologne brothel paints over flags

As you may have heard already, German brothel in Cologne painted over the Saudi Arabian and Islamic Republic of Iran’s flags that was on its advertising banner.

That is good. A little sensibility and sensitivity is always good for business, but since these brothels are about making profit and unlikely to do anything unless it benefits their pocket or threatens the health of it I wonder how this happened.

The brothel operator told Reuters,

“Some people turned up and demanded that we remove the flags, first they were sensible but then they became threatening. The management here decided to do it so that we didn’t get any more trouble.”

How did the “sensible” ones put it to Peter, the brothel worker? “Paint those flags over or I won’t come in here ever again!”, as they closed their zipper. Or “Get those flags off the banner you imbecile infidel or we will never play in Cologne!” by perhaps those less sensible ones.

Anyway, one wonders what they were doing in there in the first place.
