Daei predicts a World Cup breakthrough

I am always interested in seeing how the rest of the world views someone or something with which I am very familiar. The reason is that I believe sometimes because I am too close to something, physically or emotionally, I am not getting the whole picture. So it is good to have a reality check through others’ eyes once in a while.
Here is a nice article on Team Melli skipper Ali Daei in China’s People’s Daily Online. Chinese team has faced Team Melli and Ali Daei numerous times over the last 13 years, so they know a thing or two about the good old skipper!
