March 14th, 2006 | By: Afshin Afshar | No Comments »
It seems like every foreign coach who works in Iran these days has an eye for the national team job. Poor Branko Ivankovic must have nightmares about loosing his job every night.
Months ago, former Turkey coach Mustafa Denizli who now coaches Pas FC of Tehran, offered his services in case there was interest. The latest to join the club is none other than Arie Haan.
In an interview with one Iranian news paper Haan confirmed that he would not turn the offer down if it came his way (Read: “Hey guys, look I am here, how about an offer?”).
