Photos of Team Melli’s first workout in Friedrichshafen

ALi Karimi goofing around during the team's first training session in Germany.

After watching this photo, I had to call Germany and tell Karimi to stop clowning around and start getting for Mexico! ;)

Iran have already got the experience, it’s not about that anymore.

They shouldn’t accept anything less than second place. The first match aaginst Mexico is vital, and will dictate the rest of Iran’s campaign. Iran should fight for the Mexico game as if it was the World Cup final.

From http://www.fifaworldcup.org:

Ali Karimi took no part in Monday’s game but Ivankovic said he would be ready for their FIFA World Cup opener.

“He is virtually fit. He is just scared in the head,” he told Reuters.

ummm…that’s not a good thing, nor is it a good thing to share publically…
