Pick the best regardless of nationality

Iranian referee Masoud Moradi is amongst forty or so referees who are competing for the 30 available spots in Germany. I hope he is good enough to win a spot, but honestly, why insist on having a multinational representation?
I say just take the best 30 referees in the world and be done with it. If the half of them end up being from the same country, so what?!
I want the best referees available whistling this summer and I don’t care if every country is represented or not.
