Toop-Toop!

Toop-Toop

Thanks to my fellow Team Melli fan, Mani, tonight I discovered that Iranian football Federation has stepped into the treacherous world of sports merchandizing! For sale are 7 cm high dolls of Team Melli players. These dolls come in a package called “Toop-Toop”, literally meaning “Ball-Ball”, which include baseball card style cards of other players from other participating nations. The package itself is a plastic ball that can be reassembled into a ball after the content is unloaded.

Hurry up you World Cup souvenir collectors, the supplies are limited :)

Coca Cola did some figures like that in the 1994 World Cup. I still have some of them! Big heads! Very funny!

Cool! I actually have some of the actual Coca Cola Microstars figures, wich include players from Mexico, Netherlands, Italy and Argentina. ¿Where can you find these Iranian figures? only in Iran?
