Hear me, hear me! Iran Blog has the first documented World Cup Blog baby.

Iran Blog’s regular contributor, kia (with lower case “k”; not to be confused with the Kia with upper case “K”), just became proud father of a little future Team Melli fan.

Please join me in congratulating kia (with lower case “k”) and his better half for becoming proud new parents.

p.s. It must be noted that he still managed to catch the first half of the Iran-Bosnia match. Now that I call a loyal fan!

I have a son, his name is Kia too, but he plays basketball. watch for him, hopefully he will be a soccer player for Team Melli sometimes…
