Mahdavikia and Hashemian join the team in UAE

Team Melli had its first full workout in Abu Dhabi. Mehdi Mahdavikia and Vahid Hashemian joined the team and participated in the workout. Masoud Shojaei and Javad Nekounam were to arrive later in the day and they are scheduled to join the team in tomorrow’s workout.

Vahid Hashemian seemed to be in good spirit and told reporters that he was 100% in shape and was not experiencing any ill effects of the injury that had somewhat handicapped him for the last few weeks.
