Bye bye Javier! No really, I mean it this time!!!
Okay guys, this is no laughing matter! Really, I mean it! But this time it truly sounds like the Javier Clemente case is closed for good!
That is just fine me, except the fact that we killed about a month futzing around with this guy, while the clock was ticking on our March 26 meeting with Kuwait in Kuwait City.
Although it seems like that match may be in doubt too! Apparently Kuwait is having problems with IOC and FIFA, and that may cost them their FIFA membership!
Back to Iran, IRIFF Chief Ali Kaffashian, for the umpteenth time in the last two months, promised that the identity of the new Iranian coach will be announced tomorrow!
Don’t hold your breath folks, but if you must, think “Afshin Ghotbi”! That is my prediction and I am sticking to it until further notice!

Only if UAE also abandon the competition, then maybe we will automatically qualify along side Syria and won’t even need to worry about a coach. And IFF also would save few million dollars not waisting it on a foreign trainer…
WOW! Maybe luck is comming back to our side after all! Or more like it that IFF’s board prayers (That’s what they are best at anyway) is paying back! And all this has been “Divine will”!!!! And all this time we’ve been cynical!!! Shame on us!!!…. LOL
On a serious note, maybe that is truely the only chance we have to qualify for next round now after all the games IFF is playing on us… If you catch my drift, that’s a chance of none!!!
