[...] Mere seconds after I came up with that snappy Axis of Slackers headline, Saudi Arabia and Iran shared their World Cup roster with the rest of the world, effectively ending the slacker alliance. The Saudi team features goalkeeper Mohammad al-Deayea who has played a million and a half games for his country. They also have forward Sami al-Jaber who will be participating in his fourth World Cup, as well as a number of players who you probably have never seen play.
