Mirzapour set for move to Portugal

Ebrahim Mirzapour

Well, I never thought this was possible, but here you have it. Ebrahim Mirzapour may be joining the Portuguese top division side National Madeira.

At least he will eat more exotic food than Karimi, Mahdavikia, and the rest of those guys in the Bundesliga! I don’t know about Mirzapour, but I love Spanish and Portuguese food! :)

What a lucky man!!!!
Madeira is a beautiful Island in the atlantic between continental Europe and the Azores.

Good Score!!!!

Good Luck to Iran vs. Angola. Iran deserve a win in WC 2006 and their fans deserve it too.

Hi Beto,

We stunk in our last 3 halve. The best half we had, in my opinion, was the first half against Mexico.

I would settle for two of those halve even if we lose.

BUT a win is even better ;)

Afshin, I agree that Iran played at their best in the 1st half of the Mexico match. I remember thinking that Iran were for real after seeing that half. I do think that Iran are capable of much better.

It is sad to see a team/countries like Iran, Ivory Coast and S&M fall out in the qualifiers after such hard work to get to this point.

At the same time, it is great to see teams like Ghana, Australia and Ecuador break through and become legitimate competitors.

In the end, regardless of which teams advance and which others are left behind, each fan for whatever team gets to experience the possibility of greatness. That is the beauty of the World Cup!!!!!

Forca Iran, Forca Portugal, Forca International Futbol!!!!!

Yes, he is pretty bad. He should not be welcomed anywhere until they destroy angola (unfortunately).

He doesn’t suck. A goalie is only as good as his team’s defending strategy. Perhaps with a better coach he can shine. He’s still young for a goalie afterall.
