Arie Haan watch!
April 4th, 2006 | By: Afshin Afshar | No Comments »
Alright here is our weekly Arie Haan report. Perspolis FC met a very defensive minded Abu-Moslem team in Tehran. The bad news is that they fell behind by two goals in the first half; the good news is that they fought their way back into a draw in the second.
I must say, they were extremely unlucky to not get a win. They controlled most of the game and hit the woodwork a few times.
I think the team plays a lot better under Haan.
Their only hope to earn a ticket to Asia is to win the Hazfi (Elimination) Cup. That won’t be an easy task because they will have to go through a couple of good teams to win the silverware.
