German court throws out FIFA claim

What in the heck is wrong with FIFA?! Did you know they claimed that “Soccer World Cup 2006″ was their patent?! Yes, the sentence!
I just read about the case in the German court. Thank goodness the judge hearing the case ruled against them, otherwise there would have been no stopping them!
