Iran - Angola Preview
Hey fans,
Daei is in, Karimi is out, and so is Nekounam who had two yellow cards in the first two games. My guess for the starting lineup is:
Mirzapour - Kaebi, Bakhtiarizadeh, Rezaei, Nosrati – Mahdavikia, Teymourian, Zandi, Madanchi – Daei, Hashemian
The game will be a 1:1 tie.
What do you think?

Afshin,
Is there any way to get rid of this “World Cup Team Smiley” add banners!!!! Every time I see that is as if all those teams are waving good bye at us!!! It just refreshes my sorrow!!!! ![]()

So is Karimi out for certain?!!!!
My Prediction was Iran 4 - 2 Angola. But if Daei is back I am not sure now! I understand is Karimi is out but why put Daei back. Bring in Khatibi or Borhani!!! I guess all that noise has not made a difference!

Iran 2-1 Angola

I think Angola will win 2-1. Iran is a very good team and were unlucky to lose to Mexico- But Angola want to qualify(highly unlikely though)

LOL! I know, they are kinda annoying. try sticking a sticky on your screen!
Who knows what is going in. I hear that they may bring Hassan Roshan and Hossein Kalaani back for some more fire power! Hejazi turned them down, because they would not meet his Armani suit requests.

Before the cup we were dreaming about a win over Mexico, a tie with Portugal, and a thrashing victory over Angola… Now we’re hoping for a tie with the Angolans!

Gracias Liquit, maybe we lose this one just for fun!! I am just kidding man, but you guys should make sure you get at least a point off Portugal so you won’t have to worry about us! ![]()

1. Karimi is out because he was angry for his substitution.
2. Karimi is out because Daei was out in last game.
Which one is correct?!

[...] This is it. It is now or never for our heroes. They know what they need to do. They need to beat Iran and hope that Portugal takes out Mexico. While it is easy to focus on advancing, the task at hand will not be easy. Despite losing both their matches, Iran is a good team and they will give the Palancas all they can handle. Our friend Afshin on the Iran board has posted a preview that should help you get to know Iran better. [...]

Angolans won’t score even once. It depends on our forwards to see if they can break trough their defence or not. I believe that our worst result will be a 0-0 tie.
