Football guys meet the sports chief

The new head of Iran’s National Physical Education Organization, Ali Saeidlou, met with Iranian Football Federation President, Vice President, and Head Coach Afshin Ghotbi had a meeting on Sunday. I have no idea what they talked about as they did not talk to reporters afterwards, but I can tell you that the meeting was scheduled for Saturday, but Saeidlou had to postpone it so that he could go to the airport to welcome back el Presidente who was returning from his New York trip!
Don’t ask me why the head of the sports organization has to be there to welcome the president, but that is the way it was.
Anyway, apparently coach Ghotbi discussed his plans with the NPEO chief. I am sure that will do our football a lot of good …………. Not!

Gino jAn salAm,
Here I only blog about Team Melli, and unfortunately as you know there is not much to say about it these days. But on my own blog at http://www.lastkick.com I write about other teams too, especially Barcelona.
Do you blog? If you do and want to blog about Sampdoria, I can give you access on lastkick.com so you can do it there. Let me know.
ghorbAnat,
Afshin
