Iran v Qatar in Doha on November 9

It is as official as official can be with Iran Football Federation! Team Melli is going to meet Qatar on November 9 for a friendly in Doha.

The IFF deputy president Mehdi Taj made that announcement today, but these guys have made many such promises in the past none of which have come thru.

I am not convince that playing Qatar is exactly the best way to prepare for our WC Qualifying Campaign, but considering the fact that no decent teams seem to be willing to play us, I will take Qatar while I can!
