No charge for Iran v Indonesia friendly!
May 18th, 2009 | By: Afshin Afshar | 2 Comments »
The Iranian Football Federation announced that the May 28 friendly with Indonesia in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium is free for all the fans.
The IFF have been known to make such generous moves when there are attendance concerns. The Iranian fans tend to fill most of the 100,000 seats in Azadi for friendly matches when the visitors are higher profile teams; however, the IFF has been unable to sign a high profile team for some time now.
